Writer | Digital & Social Media | Brand Strategy
Hi! I'm Rachel Sandstrom Morrison.
I'm originally from southern California, but I feel way more at home in Oregon than I ever did amongst the palm trees (though I do still love palm trees).
My work has spanned across several industries but one thing has remained constant: food & beverage. From my very first job at Jamba Juice to managing coffee shops throughout the Willamette Valley, to now managing all things PR, influencer marketing and strategic partnerships for Rogue Ales & Spirits, with some editorial and agency PR work in between, I've always been attracted to the food & beverage industry.
It's mostly because of the passionate people--I've never met a chef who half-asses his food, or a talented bartender without an opinion on ice--their passion is contagious and it's always fun to learn more.
I write, help brands position themselves in the markektplace, work with influencers, work with press (both national and local) and do all things public relations.
I also teach yoga.
Let's get drinks, make coffee, or do some yoga together. Contact info is below.
